My game thinks I'm not registered suddenly.
Yeah, I was playing a while ago and then suddenly the game ended and said the demo time was up, well, naturally I went to the register option to see if I couldn't just punch in the info again but when I tried it said I had go unregister first (Only one can be activated at a time apparently)
Well anyways I don't know what to do, I don't care much because it's just Cortex Command but still it is kind of annoying that I can't play a game that I paid for.
Additional information: I have not played Cortex Command in a long while, just installed a map pack.
Sorry for any grammar errors and what not, I'm pretty tired right now.

Re: My game thinks I'm not registered suddenly.
I have the same problem and I've already used my self-reset right on the licensing website ( http://licensing.datarealms.com/), so I've emailed the support, but it has been one week now and nothing has been done, is there anything else I can do?

Re: My game thinks I'm not registered suddenly.
Sorry for the double post, but it's been a while since my game unregistered itself, and I've not yet been able to get any answer from the support. Is there anyone who can help me?

Sounds like an old problem people were having where the registration server still thinks the key is in use. Try getting in touch with scancode or data about it on the forum or through emails.
If they aren't responding then I don't know what to tell you, I was under the impression that updated keys were somewhat less prone to this issue.

I've already tried three times to contact Scancode by using the support e-mail, but I've not been able to get an answer. I'll try to contact him on the forum, maybe I'll be more successfull.

It might be something to do with the settings.ini. I'd check that and see if it got corrupted or not. Reinstall and reenter your code, if that doesn't work then Scancode has to do something about it.
Just make sure it's not a problem on your end.

Re: My game thinks I'm not registered suddenly.
I've taken a look at the settings.ini and eveything seems to be fine, so I've tried to reinstall and it didn't correct my problem. Anyway, I've e-mailed scancode at his gmail adress in place of the support adress so everything should be fine soon, thanks for the support ^^

Re: My game thinks I'm not registered suddenly.
Hmm, that's strange... My key has been reset and everything was fine for a day, and now it unregistered itself... Fortunately, this time I've been able to reset it with the self-reset option of the licensing website. Does anyone know why the game is doing that? I think it's related to the crash to desktop I've been experiencing, but why would it do that?
