I just would like to point out that not all Christians are all like this...

The neocons are. There is no denying the neoconservatives are exploiting Christian fundamentalism the same way Baathists and demagogues are manipulating the Muslim fundamentalists.

If you look at it, its actually an interesting way of them confirming that Christianity is better than Islam. Christianity, no matter how warped, would never call for mass sacrifice and martyring of their children. Nor would uncorrupted Islam. It just goes to shwo you how completely convoluted the Middle Eastern Muslim's worldview is.

They are so manipulated by the demagogues that they can't even see how their religion has been twisted to meet the needs and desires of the clerics. :\

The sad part is that they took all of those bible verses ridicuosly out of context.

I hate it when people warp christianity by taking one or even part of a verse and claiming that they know the bible. Just pull out your bible and read those verses in their original formatting, these people are just screwed up.

Or just read the context. Read the whole chapter or at least verses in the vicinity... most verses you see, even in some Chruch services, are taken out of context, sometimes very very VERY out of context.

Oh, and Qur-ran would never support what Muslims are doing. Jihad isn't "Holy War" between Islamic States and Non-Islamic States, it's the internal war inside people between doing right and doing wrong. So the logical guess is that the Islamic Clerics twisted Jihad to their own agenda.
