Corrupted System file
Today my System32\config\system file was corrupted.
I repaired it using my windows installation, but now my sound is gone.
Plus, I think as an extension of the sound not working, CC will not start up because it cannot initialize audio.

Re: Corrupted System file
are your speakers built into your computer? if so, try to reinstall again. if not, make sure that they are plugged in and has the software installed.
this might work, might not.

Re: Corrupted System file
Before you ask us, call your sound card manufacturer. Also, don't forget drivers.
