To surgery.
I had my wisdom teeth removed today, all 4, despite that 2 of them seemed to be fine.

I get milkshakes though! And I have to use an icepack when I'm not typing to keep down the swelling.
Hopefully the pain won't get too bad.

Dang, that sounds bad. I haven't got wisdom teeth yet, not grown in I mean. Was it horrible?

It's worse if you see what's happening, trust me.

They stick in an IV for saline drip, then pump a anæsthetic through it and you get knocked out in like 5 seconds, then you wake up somewhere else, I recover fast so I could sort of speak right off the bat.

No real pain yet... I need a new ice pack though
Ok that's done.

I'll tell you how it is in the next few days, but my sister seems fine and she has like one-tenth my pain threshold.

They weren't all the way out...

And they don't seem to be bleeding and the operation was about 7 hours ago.

"They weren't all the way out..." means idk what they did.

Doesn't hurt yet.

Hope it won't for a while, I have two options on medication, one will make me tired, the other is weaker.

Go with the one that'll make you tired!

This thread is mourning for Alenths lost (wisdom) teeth. Not for flaming each other.

Anyway -- it was your wisdom teef, right?

Doesnt mean they wont need to come out. If you go to the dentist every 6 months like the ADA suggests, they'll be able to keep an eye on it and take xrays.
