CPU lag when moving anything

  CPU lag when moving anythingWell, since yesterday, when I move any window around more, it lags half a second every 4, 3 or 2 seconds, depending at the speed I move it. The same things happen in games, when anything is animated on-screen the FPS turns 0 every 4 seconds or so... This occured after I isntalled my new Video Card. Also, I have a virus running. Cleaning them now.

The lag even occurs in videos, in flash games, or when I scroll down documents >..> Or when I write for that matter. Problem solved, was a very evil virus. Had to boot DOS from a CD to delete it. Thank you James, you are teh ownage.  |
