Pickup Game Vote
This is for the actual game we play ... whenever (which needs to be decided upon).
Pick one of these three, and only these three.

We couldn't go with free games could we...
Or games that don't require a time commitment...
Or don't generally fail...
2142 and 2 will be ok if we get a server, I only own 2142 myself though, and considering all the goddamn expansions for 2 I would prefer and think that more people will be up-to-date on 2142.
Then 2142 requires you to gain ranks to even get GRENADES.

I voted for Battlefield 2, only I have a request that we don't use the expansions. I'm a lazy ass and can't buy the expansions.

I vote we decide on games most of the community can play, seeing as I have a 256 RAM computer...I can't play any of this crap.

Well, if these games got to the top of the list, then clearly, most of the community can play them.
I voted BF2.

Well, what about F.E.A.R Combat, Tribes, or something along those lines?

I still sense this entire idea suffering an epic and massive fail before there is more than two instances of people actually playing whatever game we choose.

It's for the people who have the games. You don't have to go out and buy them.
The whole concept behind voting is that you'll vote for the game if you have it.
If a bunch of people vote for a game, it is likely that a bunch of people already have that game.
Your argument makes no sense.
