Starting fresh, since I have the patience to patrol this thread on a daily basis.

The idea behind this thread is for our more experienced members to take on newer members and show them the ropes of Cortex Command and the community.

This could involve anything: Proper forum etiquette, mod-developing skills, issues with game play, etc.

This is how this thread is going to work.

Adopters: If you are offering to adopt someone, you cannot ask someone directly if they want to be adopted. Wait for them to offer. An adopter should never ask someone else if they want to be adopted unless they have specifically asked.

Additionally, if you are going to be an adopter, specify what you are good at. Are you a good spriter, coder, mapper? What can you sprite best--weapons or actors? Be as specific as possible so that potential adoptees know who to ask.

Adoptees: If possible, specify what you feel you need the most help with. Do you need to learn the code structure for CC mods? Do you want to learn how to sprite and dither? Do you even know what sprite and dither mean? It's aok to say "I don't know how to do anything :["
