Post Ummmm...wtf?
I'm having some windows vista issues. I was going to mod something and then I found that windows vista apparently doesn't support .ini files (at least thats what I think). It says it cannot save it because the file type or path is incorrect. Please help! :P

I'm pretty sure vista has *.ini support. They are a major file type.

Make sure you are saving with "example.ini" the quotes around it otherwise notepad or whatever you are using will make a mess of the extension.

Yes, already tried it, and failed. I thought Vista would have .ini file support to but I wasn't sure :-( I was trying to look for some .ini file editor or something like that on google but nothing came up.

Okay, try this:

http://www.editplus.com/ or http://notepad-plus.sourceforge.net/ or http://www.emeraldeditor.com/ or http://www.crimsoneditor.com/

Any of those should have no problems saving as .ini
