Registration issue
Alright, I bought the game, registered it, and played it for a few months without any woes. Great. BUT, I decided to switch from Vista to XP rather suddenly, and in my haste forgot to unregister. Crap. So I send an email to support@datarealms.com. Wait a week. Nothing. Wait another. Nothing. Send another email to another address I can't think of off the top of my head. Wait two more weeks. Nothing So now I come to you, what should I do to unregister my key?

Re: Registration issue
Data's probably real busy these last few weeks, keep trying his E-mail because I'm sure he's flooded with em every day.
He helped me out pretty quick, but that's because I got him on a weekend I think.

Re: Registration issue
Because pestering him by sending multiple emails with the same content is the best way to get your complaint noted!
Spam is fun, healthy, and good for your colon.

Re: Registration issue
Guys, terribly sorry.. sometimes your emails get caught in our spam filters. If i Haven't responded in 48 hours, you need to try to send again, perhaps through any other email account you can find, have a friend email or something. We do resets within a day normally.
Krumbs, what's the email address you registered under, and I'll reset your key.
All this will go away once we roll out the new system, it won't have this resetting issue.

Re: Registration issue
I suggest using gmail. I've never had a problem with it and I've had to reset my key before.
