The thing at the bottom right looks a lot like the worms from worms 3d, have you been playing that?

If so you might not have exited it properly from the last time you played it.
If you haven't been playing ti before starting up cc then uninstall it.

If you haven't got worms 3d then I haven't the slightest clue.

Clearly your copy of cortex command has been taken over by aliens.

Reformatting your hard drive is your only option.

Or do what Tea said because he's probably right and not joking.

Well its not cortex command it happens with alot of my games... like some i just got....well my video card has cleary been taken of by mormons aliens jahovas witnesses ect... I might get a new video card...

It does somewhat look like your graphics card is borked, and as it shows up on screenshots, it's not a screen error.

Maybe borrow a friends graphics card, and test if that makes a difference before actually buying a new one?

It could be some kind of corrupted drivers.
