Re: History's Push ok, your hand is near your hat, so grab your hat and VERY QUICKLY throw it at his face (should distract him for a sec or two) then side step out of the way of the gun and toward him (at the same time you threw the hat) once you get to close enough reach out and grab the back of his head and the front of his head (around the jaw) and in the same motion sharply twist his neck. After getting a shirt in the face he should tense his neck enough for you to be able to break it.
Or instead of breaking his neck you can try to disarm him (its a bit too risky assuming he hasn't taken a self defense course) or simply try to punch him in the Adam's apple (will cause his trachea to be crushed, which will either kill him through suffocation or disable him long enough to easily take his gun and empty a clip into his head)
Also note that he is holding a Smg (at least it looks like one) from the hip and if he tries to fire he will likely miss as long as you are moving unless he tries to bring up the weapons iron sights which would give you about an extra second to react.
AND if you move close enough he will have difficulty pointing his gun at you as you would be blocking his arm with your body, also if you can move close you can try to "hold" and lock the gun away from you by clamping down on his arm with the gun with your left arm. (and while he tries and fails to free the weapon you can put your right arm and legs to use and try to punch or kick him until he releases the weapon)
