Didn't think you were going to use source code to hide it. Soooo, glad I use Firefox.

A brief examination of the 'Fast' reanimated corpses has been released.

"It seems these reanimated differ from standard reanimated other then by simply being fast.

These specimens appear to share a common utilization of the circulatory system we have not witnessed in standard reanimated. In them, blood is as important to life as it is for any human being, and they take full advantage of the benefits it provides.

Also, the brain appears far more capable of utilizing the body then standard reanimated, or indeed, even live humans. Capable of amazing acrobatic feat, we will examine the brain closely when research is done.

Also of note are the common rupturing of blood vessels in the throat of these specimens. They appear to be capable of spitting infected blood in a hoarse throat racking growl, though it is not yet known if they use this."

Identification tags found on the bodies of a number of these reanimated reveal the following common attributes across all tags:

<A photo of the deceased>

NAME: <Name here>

TEST SUBJECT OF PARAGUAY FACILITY ID NUMBER: <Number here>

WARNING: IF SUBJECT IS LOCATED OUTSIDE FACILITY DESTROY ON SITE. EXPERIMENTAL BiOLOGICAL THREAT. HIGHLY CONTAGIOUS.

IF SUBJECT IS FOUND PLEASE INFORM YOUR NEAREST MEMBER OF AUTHORITY

Paraguay?

So base K is the origin?

Edit: Any significance to the lower case "i" in "biological"?

These are from the research log. These are actual encryptions. We need to manually decrypt them. That's daunting, HOWEVER. I showed you the new Log-00 at the top. It has I think Base64 (goGD) and Hexadecimal (82 81 83) values. We need to use these as hints to decrypt the codes. The first one, I'm guessing, is a name, from the context. The second also, but it's apparently a variant of CQRE, AKA the 2.00 designation. I'm not sure about the third, it could be CQRE or CQRE 2.00.

This online DIY decryption site should work. We just need to figure out how it's entered in, and decode it. And those values in Log-00 are part of the steps, somehow.

On another note, we should raid base K for information, but due to it being the source, or at least another branch of the operation, it would be HIGHLY DANGEROUS. We need better weapons first, which is why as soon as someone posts, I'm posting my plan.

Ok, so goGD is base64. Decoded, it's 82 81 83. Which means absolutely nothing in text. So I'm confused. :/

Have A send volunteers to E since it's empty. Have D switch all production to repairing the wall. I would guess it'll take maximum one day? Anyways, have B continue production. The scientists at D need to switch research to weapons against the zombies.

Well, Empy managed to convince me to post here..

Though researching a cure is obviously a very high priority, finding out how we can more effectively kill the zombies is also key. I suggest that we take a small percentage of our captured zombies, maybe five or ten of them, and research their reactions to chemical and biological agents we may have on hand. If we find a chemical which kills or otherwise injures them, we may be able to deploy it over a widespread area. This would effectively eradicate large portions at a time, making our lives much easier.

However, smaller applications to create effective weapons would work well also. Refer to lower neurotoxin statement and include that in the weapon research.

Did I miss something?

Also, continue research on fast zombies. We need to know how they work, what we can use to slow them down, festroy the source, anything useful.

And to everyone else, I'm considering using neurotoxin gas to eliminate zombies, since their brain appears to be the only weak point. However, if something went wrong, it's also highly effective against our people.

HIT THE WEAK POINT FOR MASSIVE DAMAGE!

RQS is the key to some encryption method he used. Good luck running around and finding them all.

And by the way, that's what the dec numbers produced.

What website is this?

Meaningful post commencing in..Mark!

As an alternative to my previous plan, we must focus on the research of these 'runners'. This is obviously something even more dangerous and thus of higher threat-level. I still do recommend giving the soldier who was tackled a Medal of Heroism. Instead of spreading ourselves too far across the globe, we should attempt to turtle our bases as they are, since base 'B' is farthest from our other facilities, they must make it a priority to secure their position so that they may last long enough for help to arrive.

Research

Defense

Are the key-words in this theory.

I don't see any need for that, Lead. They're secure on an island with nice clean walls. It's literally impossible to lose without about 3 consecutive attacks over there. And they're on an island, so it's a small chance zombies will make it there. They're fine.

A suggestion, sirs:
Use all our remaining transports to take the troops from bases A, C and D to base B, which seems to be the most secure and defensible. Perhaps leave the remaining troops at the base with the most readily solvable problem, and have that operational on bare-bones staff. We should train as many of the civilians in the usage of firearms and improvised melee weapons. If base B has an airstrip, a transport aircraft should be searched for in an airport local to one of the three other remaining bases, and used to transport useful equipment such as vehicles and weapons, not to mention the remnants of the human population.

First, B isn't done with it's airstrip. Second, D is equally defensible, and third, if we stuff everyone in one base, we get overcrowding problems.

And fourth, as seen from the logs, this situation is very stressful. If civilians get too stressed, they start a riot. Give them weapons, and if they get stressed...

I say they're good where they are right now. Supporting. Cooks, Scientists, Clotheswashers, and whatever else. They're just doing what they do.

I'd advise using this tool, it utilises more characters. The Security page requires a "Hailing code" by the way.
