Eh, considering it was done in 3dsmax, it's not the best. For instance, everything you've posted just seems rather blocky.

And you expect a newbies work to be the best huh?

This stuff looks really good compared to the blobs I have made with 3ds max.

The door thing looks really futuristic.

Not how I imagined a 3d green clone.

But, then I never managed to get my head round it. I can't imagine 3d objects well. Everything in my head is drawn like an anime.

Yes, I do. Just because he's a newbie doesn't mean he isn't good at it. Don't be so stereotypical. He models like someone that's been doing it for a while, so I'm going to rank him with others of his skill level. Then I proceed to critique him as if he wasn't a newbie.

And you've got to realize, a couple rectangles and cubes aren't hard to make in 3dsmax at all. There's nearly no curves or circular parts of it.

Edit~ @MP And there's always someone like you. For instance, in a serious graphical community, there will be a new person that posts his stuff and expects not to be critiqued seriously. They don't realize that these people know what they are talking about, and what they are looking at. Then they go baww saying "Oh but it's my fist woerkss!1!1". Your first works? If they're not good enough to be considered postable, then you shouldn't. Because the critique will just be worse if you post something that is shitty. People from places like that(See: Me) don't care if it's your first second third or fiftieth. You're just standing up for the OP, but you should realize this too.

Ladies, ladies, calm your self.

Pimp: Just because he gives attitude, doesn't mean you need to give it back.

Pyro: No need for the language.

Now, who wants a cookie to make it all better?

Oh gee, thats a great way to win back respect.

If people hate you, theres a reason. I hate you because of the pornography spam. Now, if you want people to stop hating you, shape up. However, some people can't forgive you for things, and you'll have to deal with it.
