Thirded. But twenty bucks is probably the max. Although I might go up to 40, if lots of new features were added to moddability and the game.

Same stance here. 20$ now, and 60$ when it's a super-mega-awesome version.

ten bucks. Maybe 20, but that's reallypushing it unless Data releases something insanely major.

Torrenting/downloading is NOT ILLEGAL, as long as you don't get money for it.
At least in Spain.

EDIT: I forgot, 20.

Where I live pirating is only illegal if you resell it to someone outside or make more copies to give to people. (Personal use only). Anyway I just like to buy games, mostly for the booklet and special features and stuff.

I would pay 1200 Microsoft Points or up to $25 but I voted $20 instead. (1200 MS points is $20)

I vote $20, but the game's still in development, so I can't say for sure.

In Finland, downloading / sharing / torrenting copyrighted material is all illegal. The law of downloading copyrighted material came here on the early 2006 if I remember correct.

But if your country allows the downloading, then I won't say it's illegal. I just didn't think of that other countries have different laws.

regaurdless of localized legality, it is effectivly "stealing" by all definitions i know. Personally, i believe that many forms of "intelectual property" are way over priced, but i'm a law-abiding citizen of the USA, where ANYTHING even remotely "wrong"-as defined by 12 random idiots in a jury, will get you a huge fine and/or put you in jail.

as for relating to Cortex Command, i would like it to be free, but that wouldn't be too fair for the developers.
I can easily see it on a store shelf at $19.99 (aka "20 USD") - I think that's a fitting price

Torrenting is also illegal.

Way to be completely ignorant. Torrenting of copyrighted materials is illegal. The BitTorrent protocol is completely legal.

Okay after reading a bit more Wikipedia I agree with you, at least what I understood from the text.
If I understood right, the people who share trackers and torrents of copyrighted material, are making an illegal act. Am I correct? ( I'm a bit newb I must admit. )

And I take that back what I posted before. I really hadn't researched this thing before, I just thought it would be completely illegal to download stuff with BitTorrent, like it is with some several other programs.
