Quickly shoot the guy with the rpg, then unscope and see if they guy with the sniper rifle has seen you. If he hasn't, take aim and blast his head off! If he has, duck and cover ftw.

shoot the rocket in the rpg, taking out the sniper, the guy with the rpg, and the dude who your commander guy told you to shoot, and taking a large section of the building the sniper was in also, the rocket should be like a giant splosion' cause this is in the future methinks.

Shoot on the rpg back, so It'll fly from the ass-face's hand and face backward, active "Slow time" skill on your suit, shoot on the trigger that will shoot the RPG and take the sniper out, at the same time, headshot on the rpg guy. Perfect double kill. If possible shoot on the other guy to gain 300 xp point and level up :3

rpg rounds splode on impact, if he was carrying it in a warzone, he would have it armed, banga boom=bada bing! GAIN 8999 EXP. POINTS FOR TRIPLE KILL! NEW ARTIFACT-LEVEL ITEM FROM COMPLETING QUEST! THE 9MM 6 BARRELED PISTOL OF SHARP AIM! FIRES ALL SIX ROUNDS AT ONCE, PLUS 6 ACCURACY!

First shoot sniper, because obviously, he'll be the only one you can kill without drawing attention, then kill the rpg guy....with a head shot. We don't want to have to run like hell because an almost dead guy manages to shoot a rocket at us. If none of this draws to much attention, kill the original soldier.

RPGs DON'T explode when shot, unless of course you happen to be wielding an anti material sniper rifle with the proper ammunition, but even then the explosion would be much less potent than if it had launched an exploded.
How far is the RPG guy? If its far enough you should take out the sniper first, as the RPG gunner is not likely to narrow down your position with just a sound, while the sniper can sweep and attack with less difficulty.
If your rifle is silenced, take Sniper, then whichever of the troops are closer. If its a heavy anti material, hit the sniper, and you should be able to pierce any cover the others happen to run to. If you have a normal rifle, target sniper, RPG, than soldier.

Ahh... finally, a realsitic CYOA with some good drawings.
I say, snipe the RPG (eother making it explode or rendering it useless).
If it explodes, use the distraction to take out the sniper, infantry guy, and rocketeer, in that order.
If it doesn't explode, then... try and take out the sniper and then find a new place to snipe from.
EDIT: On secon d thought, the sniper seems to be aiming at something, see what he's aiming at, if he's even aiming at anything of course.
