Sweet!
But, looking at the .gif, I noticed the shotgun's shell is ejected from like... The tip of the barrel... Fix EjectionOffest.
Still, downloading for improved ass kicking.
Edit:
BG hand needs offsets fixed, badly... There's like a 10-15 pixel gap when its holding the rocket hand.
And dump the mauler-ness of the shotgun. Instead, make it shoot 8-12 medium speed high mass MOSR slugs.

The shotgun is quite puny, I'd add some firey effects, more shrapnel, bullets, and a very explosive fire sound (Craft gib sound?). Otherwise well done! I love this thing.
(Maybe lower it's health to 100?)

I just found a strange glitch, just mousing over the Rocket Fist in build mode causes the game to freeze. Maybe an error with the description?

Very, very, very good. i played using it and survived being smashed in the back of the head by a dropship wing/engine. I have only noticed two flaws.
1- It isn't a brain. That's probably because it isn't in the 'brains' menu. and 2- It crouches wierd. Whenever it crouches, its legs bobble around kinda wierd and it doesn't sit still. It gets annoying after a while.
Sprites are nearly perfectly done, by the way.
Also, that glitch you guys discovered? I couldn't find it using the Classic Keyboard settings.

Let me list some bugs and issues:
1. CC crashes when you mouse over the fists in the buy menu. Probably because of the null sprite. 2. The background arm is WAY off when holding the rocket fists. 3. When holding the shotgun straight up, the support hand retracts and the Behemoth starts masturbating (not kidding). 4. The support hand for the rocket fists looks kinda dumb, holding the rocket fist with the other hand. You should find somethign else to do with it or make it go away completely somehow. 5. Shotgun effect is lame, and the bullets don't even make it as far as the sharp aim view.

you could mke this bastard inmune agan low caliber weapons like the pistols smgs and the assault rifles I tested him again swarm of soldiers armed whit these weapons and they raped him badly

I knew I shouldn't have tried to pump out an update 30 mins before I left for work. Hah!
Ok, from reading the responses I've come up with the following issues: -Rocket Fist locks upon selecting in buy menu. (Shouldn't even be in the damn menu still, gah! Shotgun shouldn't be there either.) UPDATE: Fixed. Commented out them being added to groups as well as set them Buyable = 0. They are no longer buyable/placeable in the editor.
-Behemoth is an Actor, not a brain (Woops, forgot to change that line. Having him as an actor made in game testing quicker) UPDATE: Fixed. Simple line change.
-Jetpack doesn't lift high. (It was intended as a very weak, short-life jetpack, more to ease falling and to burst jump over small obstacles, not to enable the soaring that most actors can do. However, the minimal jetpack turned into a non functional one when I added the shotgun's extra weight. I simply overlooked it, I'll fix it.) UPDATE: Fixed. Changed Jetpack to account for added weight of Shotgun. Behaves as I intended.
-There seem to be a lot of problems with the background hand. Honestly, I'm in a tough position when it comes to it. Unlike a standard sized actor, the Behemoth hands have to actually be detailed. Vanilla actors hands are so indistinct, it still looks like it's holding a weapon when wielding one and looks like a free hand when not, though in reality the sprite doesn't change. With the Behemoth, I have to sprite the hand to actually look like it's holding the guns. I may just end up resorting to Sparkle Magic of some sort to figure out a way to switch BG hands out, or hide them or something. Maybe use some crafty attachables as "hands". Any suggestions on this would be appreciated, as I'm having to find some tricky workarounds for a lot of this actor.
-As for the shotgun, I did say I would tweak it later. I just wanted to throw it in as a preview of the sprite and look. It's not nearly done as a weapon and I'll definitely tune it up and give it dummy effects, probably a huge burst of energy particles or something. Ideas for the shotgun's effects are welcome too.
Sorry for the sloppy release, I'll make the tweaks I can and get a better build back up.

Hmmm, seems that I'm the only one who's not pleased with the shotgun. From first impression, this thing is a hulking monster, a behemoth. I think it holding a firearm is strange. I prefer built-in weapons for this guy.

I really just planned on having the integrates rocket fist and adding some "super heavy" weapons only the Behemoth could handle do to size. The shotgun will be getting a makeover so it's not just like a bigger version of the smaller one.
