Wow, nice Darlos but the body is a bit too fat and those lower thingamabobs are a bit weird and large. The wings should be thinner and a bit longer.
Fun fact: thingamabobs registers as a real word with the FF spell checker.

Oh, and Darlos great dropship. I think that the bottom of your dropship some sort of landing gear which i'm pretty sure you're working on. Hope to see a finished dropship next time you update your mod.

Well guys, I updated with a fully functional Drop Ship. I've never sprited something so large, and as some of you have noted, it isn't perfect. I suspect I'll be adding more detail to it as time goes on.
You should enjoy the way it functions though. It can carry quite a bit, is maneuverable, and can take a beating without falling apart instantly. Also, if it does crash and blow up, it does so cleanly. Though the results can still be deadly for anything caught in the blast.
Next up: the rocket turret.

I wanted to ram it into other drop ships, but it can't move to the sides fast without stalling. Also, aren't the explosions suppose to destroy the terrain?

It's not a bug, it's a feature.
StableVelocityThreshold = Vector X = 200 Y = 200
Raise X value and you can go faster left and right without "stalling".

I just tested this after adding in that useful segment of code Grif just provided and changing the x value to 500.
I gotta say, this is one stable piece of machinery. Almost dissapointingly so because I enjoy shooting individual pieces off of things one by one till they die. But aside from that slight preference this thing flies very nicely, it can definetly take a beating with its armour, and its toughness and flat bottom shape make it perfect for squishing enemies underneath you. It has some nice sounds as well and I enjoy the helicarrier feeling I get when using it. It looks impressive for certain and it doesn't cost too much or too little. I think this might be my current favorite dropship, not counting the assault drone.

Yeah... Fudge YES! First a dropship, next a turret that can damage freaks (insane everything-proof actors) -at least i hope so-. I gotta make a sticky note about this so I'll be reconfirmed in the morning I wasn't dreaming

I love the new explosions and nice work on the dropship, glad to see you found a way of not doing all those gibs. But when You fly it to the left or right for a while it just stops.

I tested out your dropship Darlos, it hovers through the air like any other dropship, no problems from what i've seen.
