I seem to be one of those people who are content with something until i discover the main "obvious" hook later after i tire of it only to love it even more...

Whoops...I could've sworn it was one barrel... That three-barreled revolver is creepy...

However, if you had a mole of antihydrogen in that container, which weighs 1.008 g, the energy released from the entire explosion would be 6.03E16 J, or in expanded form, 60,300,000,000,000,000 J. To get the exact same amount of energy from the antihydrogen and hydrogen as the rifle bullet travelling at 908m/s, you would need 6.31E-13 g of antihydrogen and hydrogen. OH GOD! That's 0.0000000000000631 Grams of Antihydrogen and Hydrogen! Jesus ♥♥♥♥ christ, worse than I thought. Although about half of the energy released is converted to Antineutrinos, effectively meaning they get wasted. It's still ♥♥♥♥ powerful though.

Yeah, has two rows of chamber thingies, inner row has five and the outer row has six. Now as to HOW they alternate with one barrel I have no idea. It switches hammers after the initial 8 shots have been fired and moves to the hammer for the outer cylinder. It's a ratehr ingenious design choice although the mateba was able to do it with 15 shots and no extra cylindey (of course the mateba was made in very recent history :p).

And unfortunately, at least at today's standards, that small amount would still cost millions to produce, and be impossible to store. While we can assume such problems would be alleviated in the future, I'd think it'd still be more cost effective to use a more normal explosive as a bullet propellant. Not only that, but you don't have to worry about containing the antimatter in some electromagnetic getup either inside the gun or on the back of a bullet. Such an array might be too big to be easily man-portable, even in the future. Also, hydrogen has no charge, since its one proton and one electron. Anti-hydrogen would also have no charge, making it ideal for storing in mass quantities. (lone positive or negative anti-particles would push away from each other). Also, anti-particles have the same mass as their regular counterparts. Everything else about them that can be opposite though, like charge, is opposite. wutangfan1990 wrote: It switches hammers after the initial 8 shots have been fired and moves to the hammer for the outer cylinder. I looked it up... that is one sexy looking gun. My revolver may be in for a makeover...

Only charged antiparticles can be stored magnetically though, because they need a charge to magnetiserate.

It's just the darkclones with different sprites and some different sounds. Your signature is ♥♥♥♥ huge.

In regards to that revolver: I've looked it up, and I've only ever found examples that have six shots. How would it have 14 shots? Pardon me I meant to say 20 rounds, not 14. The way this is accomplished is by using a .22LR cylinder as opposed to the usual .44 remington or .357 magnum. The decreased size on .22LR ammunition allows for an increase in cylinder space usage. EDIT: This option was only available for the Mateba MTR-8.

So you're using the mateba as a model instead of whatever you were using last? nice....

I wonder if it's possible to make an emitter that allows you to phase through projectiles.
