Ohey, spam. Also, i've been making some thoughts... Maybe i should make two versions of these guys: The current one, with strong armor, and an alternative one, with weakened armor. That way, it can fit more tastes than it can now Whadda ya think about it? Also, i'll just be updating the pack now, so it has the activities... Then you can decide if they're too mean or not.

Ha. I like the MARS unit.
Guns - cool, can destroy MPAMS and Opressors Megacannon - Really awesome. I sniped the other base in campaign and completly destroyed the brain, and I didn't even step into enemy territory!
Machine Cannon - Cool sidearm if the gun above ( ^ ) gets destroyed.

I think you should release the current activities with the robots as they are and from there we can see if we need to nerf theyre armor integrity or the gib limits. I mostly base my own stuff around Mega Metal or the normal coalition soldier material and leave the primary dying methods to the gib limits.
Its more fun killing the target via the limits since they splatter and dont leave active dead bodies floating around like crobos and darklones and kloveskans do. Since sometimes when you "kill" them, the body remains as an active object and you can actually push it around by walking your actor into them or by pumping enough lead into them to make em explode.

...wow, just found something ridiculous. The MARS is amazingly capable of taking damage but... the AAL AX Cannon will close to instantly destroy it, and the pilot Claymores will do around 20 damage :O The MPAM's weapons are balanced with it, though, so that was a bit weird to see it have a weak spot against weaker weapons.

Leave the armor the way it is. Apparently, the crobo exploding laser rifle can cause significant damage against MARS. And can cause like, 20 DMG if the all lasers and explosions hits MARS.

EUREKA! Shook, I know whats wrong with your sprites! They're pillow shaded! Wow, it's so satisfying to have finally found the problem.
For those of you who don't know what pillow shaded means, its when your sprites are shaded as if the light source is coming from the front... as if you're a giant lightbulb shining onto the object on your screen. it looks crap because it should be shaded as if the sun is illuminating it, so its lightest at the top and gets darker rather than lighter in the middle. its easier to explain with pictures.
