Re: UniTec (B25_1.0.3)
NONONONONONONONONONO KEEP EVERYTHING TAKING STUFF AWAY ISNT AN UPDATE, ITS A DOWNGRADE dontdoitdontdoit I think that MORE content > less content. Flooding your catalogue with tons of variants of one weapon is annoying, but all these unique guns are good. I want to be able to enjoy bugfixes and new stuff without getting rid of old stuff.

Well, I am not taking a risk to lose my life over this matter. I'll not remove anything then. >_>

I have to ask though, where will UniTec be going from h- Quote: So, speaking of updates, what is on the agenda for next release? Yeah, that. I'd go for something like geared up super mutants. You know, to counter Vault-Tec's advances.

Re: UniTec (B25_1.0.3)
I am currently patiently waiting for someone who will hopefully blow my mind with his awesome lua capabilities. He's working on the red laser bits. I am also pondering if I should include a launcher for that nuke and/or other massive weapons of destruction, at the cost of possible balance loss.

I've been making this stuff up since I was but a wee lad (the drawings are still around somewhere) so there will likely be no end to it.

I am always open for ideas, but you'll have to keep in mind that I am no wizard. Also, guns magically deflecting bullets isn't going to be it either. Sorry. xD Nice drawing though.

Re: UniTec (B25_1.0.3)
I has an idea, make an experimental soldier with a shield that protects it, and can recharge after x amount of time. Now that would be epic. Oh, and make it a droid or some robot.

Re: UniTec (B25_1.0.3)
Isn't the whole shield thing basically a UniTec soldier already?

Re: UniTec (B25_1.0.3)
@prep the nun: That idea has been around for a long time, and I really love it. Having each gun outfitted with a piccatiny rail and choose scopes, tactical lights, laser aiming modules, reflex sights, foregrips, bipods, and bayonets on the guns, which all influence the gun's stats somehow. But it isn't going to happen in my mod because I lack serious skill to do crazy stuff like that. @Thriller: Plenty of energy shields around already, but maybe I'll add one in the future. Right now most actors are 'shielded' already though.

I'm talkin about a shield that is equipped to the person, as in can not be equipped or dropped and protects it from all sides, like a droidika except with less bubble.

Re: UniTec (B25_1.0.3)
Well, here's a less unbalancing idea (brought to you by the power of copypasta). A concept thing. The energy mauler. Area of denial more than a good ol' lead slinger. 1. A short charge time before firing. Have to get those internals warmed up, you know. 2. A swarm of nice cozy energy flies out with a nice loud pop. Get hit by that stuff at close range and you'll wish you'd been peppered with lead. 3. The swarm moves slower and slower and keeps expanding. When it expands too much it starts to crackle and loses damage capability. Eventually dissipates into nothing.

Well, that's doable by ini editing alone methinks. It's noted.
