The story as reported by Trans-Galactic News X-43 follows;

"After a recent upgrade of the universe as we know it, scientists made a remarkable and astonishing discovery. When high pressure or a sudden impact exerts enough force between two objects, occasionally one will exhibit an effect that has been termed 'Quantum Blink'. Although details are not publicly available, it seems that objects colliding at high speeds will actually transport themselves, in an instant, from the point of collission to a place up to 15 meters away. Few specifics are know as to what causes this phenomenon, however one theory is that when high amounts of potential energy build up within an object, it causes interfering wave patterns between the spectral lines, or 'Threads', of the universe. Overlapping energy patterns may cause material at the place of the Blinked object to transpose itself with the material at the point of destination.
"However, one scientist; a Dr. Conspi Ras C., has another, even stranger hypothesis. He claims that the very fabric of the universe itself has been changed, and that this strange behavior of matter is simply a 'bug' in a type of new 'advanced physics'. According to Conspi, this change in the nature of our reality was brought about by changes in the universe's information code, brought about by overflows of energy from an alternate plane he calls the 'Data Realm'. He even goes as far as to claim that this could be the result of some 'Advanced Being' tampering with our physical laws from a higher level of existence. While few agree with his theory, the fact still remains that this phenomenon is somewhat of an enigma in our ever-growing bank of scientific knowledge."

XD.

Teleporting does not require an impact, I have twice witnessed a mechanised soldier being transported from the barrier that connects the two ends of our world to a point approximately 25 metres away.

Oh yes. I've actually witnessed an actor teleporting to the entire other side of the map. My brother is trying to make a new type of dropship. An actor was riding on top, sliding around and such, then *pop!*

Thats funny because when I was guiding a rocket down to the ground, some enemy soldier shot it throwing it off balance. The rocket tumbled over and landed nose first into the ground where it promptly disappeared leaving a small indentation in the ground. ~15-30meters to the left, the rocket reappeared and crushed 2 defending soldier I had positioned there. Stupid quantum blink! ;)

There is a much simpler term available. Quantum blink frankly... sucks. The term? Teleport. Wow. That was easy.

I like Quantum blink. Anything with Quantum is awesome.

This happened once to me on B13! A dropship died, completely intact and in perfect balance, but somehow it had rammed itself under a tower, now try to explain how that is possible without Quantum blinking.

I have experienced this 'Quantim Blink' as you say, first hand on several occasions.

I have another theory, At the place where their are overlapping materials in this universe (A.K.A. The X-Wrap as it is known to some), certain types of high amount of activity can stir this barrier. I have once shot a mechanized soldier (A.K.A Robot) with an AK-47, and when he had died, he dissappeared about 20 meters to the left. My theory, is that when he died, he was travelling to the left, in the instant that his alive body tranisitioned to dead, the universe reacted to the lifeless body as a material. As many people know, messing with any type of material in the 'X-Wrap' can cause unexpected results. Thus teleporting him to the left.

This is my theory because I have sean this twice during the same battle.
