You know, its getting really annoying to see the mods section to fill up with mods that are, like, made in five minutes, have names like "Human Template.rte" and are just resprites.... I think we would need a subforum to modding section, called first mods... They are piling up and make everyone just flame, flame and flame more.

No, it's not a good idea, we already have enough forums and subforums.

In fact I don't even check all the ones we have as is.

Bad idea.
Some "first mods" are actually quite good, but most people will either:
a) Skim over this board when looking through ("Oh, it's full of n00bs") and miss something good, or
b) Skim over it when posting, negating the effect of said board.

What we do over at OBL with mods that overwrite/don't work/plain suck is thrown them in their own little place, whose name is like Modding Discussion, but here I think we would have to make a whole new subforum for "Failed Mods" or something, because I really don't want all those mods in Discussion.

Any mods incompatible with the new versions, or that plain suck, or that overwrite stuff without needing to, would be put there till fixed.

nah, i think that they should judge by their own weather their mods are good or not, i mean i can notice, that my mod sucks, just because its looking crappy, and all that that's why i keep it for myself or i would only send it to some friends, in order for a mod be good i guess the things that it needs are good sprites, good ideas, or revolutionary ideas

See, this is a decent idea.

Having an abandoned mods section where you can post what you've made but given up on for other people to look at and if they like it, try to fix. Kind of a public domain if you like.

But who judges what "total rubbish" is?

One man's trash is another's compost.
