Problem with Loading Cortex Command
after installing the Star Wars Mod and loading the game, I got this error:
Now, here's what the little menu on the right side looks like while loading the game:
(pardon the colouring, it print-screened like that)
so does anyone have any idea what could be wrong? I looked at line 100 of the Star Wars Effects, but I really couldn't see anything wrong. Thanks.
I also tried changing the Base.rte folder named to "Rocket" rather than "Rockets", but that of course just screwed everything ELSE up so I changed it back. So I know it has something to do with the Rockets, but I'm out of ideas.

It probably hasn't been updated to work with Build 13.

Well, I uninstalled and everything works ok now. Thanks.

The folder called Rocket is now named Rockets.

Star Wars mod was made in an old build, where the folder was called Rocket.
The build you are using has the folder called Rockets.
This means the program doesn't know where to find Blast.wav, so it aborts.
Just look inside the Star Wars mod for the part that asks for the Blast.wav file in the Rocket folder, and change it to Rockets/Blast.wav

Ah, there we go. Problem solved. Thanks much! Ok, nevermind, problem NOT solved. Now I get this:
I looked at line 115 and I have no idea what's wrong. I'm starting to think that this is really not worth it.

What...the hell? I've never even SEEN that error before. My Star Wars mod works fine on my computer. There's a chance that the effects file is trying to make an MOS particle or pixel and is doing it wrong. I'll take a looksie at my code.
EDIT: That part is canister gib A in effects.ini
It should work fine, it does on mine. Tell you what, here's my effects.ini. See if it works. If not, I may have to update my mod to make sure it works. (Wasn't build 13 a while ago too?)

So do I throw it into the base or the Mod?
And thanks, by the way.

I had to update FF and mine's SWM to work, even using the most recent upload.

Ok, so I replaced the mods Effects with yours and now I get this error:
I'm guessing once again it's just another problem with the folder name.
to Alenth: Sorry, I'm not quite sure what "FF" is...

FF is another forum dude named Fearful Ferret. That error means that a file is missing in the Star Wars mod directory. I have it in mine, so unless somehow it isn't included in the installer, it should be there. I'm going to attach my entire Star Wars mod in a brand new zip. This way I'll know you'll have working files, because I'll include my working version. Just ignore weapons that don't seem to work. They're still in development, and I don't want to have to remove them. Also, the prices will probably 0 for all the things, because this is my testing folder, so I need everything to be free to test it repeatedly.
