I run my monitor in 1024x768, and whenever I switch this game to full screen mode, there's a big ol' black margin on the left hand side making it somewhat awkward to play


Can anyone recommend a solution to this?

In the game window, or seperate? If it's in the game window, you need to resize the background files. If anywhere else, then, dunno.

It's in the entire game. Menu and in-game itself.

I have no idea. Try toggling it on and off a few times [fullscreen mode], and, if that fails, reinstall CC.

If after reinstall it proceeds, why not just change your monitor mode to something smaller.

It is because CC runs at 640 X 480.

When you launch the game, use your monitors horizontal and vertical controls to move and resize the window. Don't worry, it won't mess up your desktop resolution.
