I said buy, but I remember someone a long time ago whining about it being shareware and they said "We should get a free copy because we tested it!" or something like that.
Now, Data, like everyone, needs money for food and such. So, I think buy it. But, if he were to give away free copies, who would he give it to? 1. People who registered before a certain date? 2. People who gave monetary support? (Cash) 3. Or just not gonna happen? I'd say that because stuff costs money, 3 or maybe 1 to a select few who were with him from early on. We don't know, but as I said, probably 3. - The-Masses |

Definitely buy it, but if I could I'd keep the last free build download mostly because it'll still be close to the retail product though probably without certain aspects but it'll have sentimental value.

Um, no. This beta. Full-version's a LOOOONG way off. You'll pay for full version. $20 American or, something like that. I don't know, I live in Australia. I don't know what you people charge for indie games.

I would probarly also play the latest test build for a while, and then when I would have enough cash for the game, I would buy it. ( Could be slow. All my money is going to hobbies etc. )

Buying it wouldnt even be that bad if it were 20 or 30 bucks, theres definantly enough of us to make him wealthy. I guess he deserves food for now =) |

It's sad how many selfish people there are voting for a free version. If you want to play it, buy it like any other game. Data needs the money. I, personally, suggest that everyone buys it for the measly price of twenty dollars. If you really want it, you'll buy it. Data should get his reward for making this game. Heck, he may come out with a different game that's just as fun, if this one makes enough money. So, if you buy it, all sorts of good things could happen.
Oh, and I think he should stick multi-player, if he ever plans on making it, in the final version. It would be the ultimate lure. |
