i have contributed many MODs and items to the forum and i am on quite frequently.
I don't post a lot, but when i do, i make sure it has a purpose.

If we can recommend anyone, I give kudos to Kelas, just because she'd get some stuff done.
And ImBill seems like a good choice, post count not meaning much, because anyone could get a high post count if they just made halfway purposefull posts such as " tis mod ok but ned sum work", ect.

Why hasnt the Punisher got here? Or Toonyman? I think they'd make good canidates also.

I have a low post count because I often don't have many relevant things to say. I could basically spam, or post relevant things. The correct choice between the two is obvious. For instance, I've been a member of Facepunch for nearing two years, and I have only a few thousands posts, at a rate of 14 or so posts a day. There's a lot more to talk about there, too.
