Ship refund glitch
I was using a dropship with Punisher's bomb mod, and tried out the atom bomb. Well, I got a bit too close, and it destroyed my ship and flung it into space. The wierd this is, it refunded me -56 gold, because it was so damaged. Has this ever happened to any of you, or is it just a glitch in mine?

Yes, it happens. Hopefully Data can put in an if statement to remove/reduce the fee for returning dead ships.
EDIT : Or make it ignore them like it does actors, so they come crashing back down >:)

The refund is equal to how much health it has, unless Data made it so it gives the proper gold for things with wierd cost/health values. If it was dead you shouldn't have gotten a refund, unless it was negative.

Then my game must have some strange glitch, because it was dead without a doubt.
