How exactly do you become one? Do you need a crapload of posts? Or do you need many different mods? Cause i got neither.

I'm guessing you need to be respected, many people want you to be a mod, and have few, if no warnings. Post count has nothing to do with anything. Why it's there, I do not know. And CC mods? Really, have you ever seen a Cinos CC mod?
