Top mod of the week would be plenty. Just have submissions throughout the week, the head guy would compile them all in the first post, the mods would download and rate as appropriate, and the head mod compiles the results and publishes them the first of the next week, when the next round of submissions starts.

Do you mean that the jury would download and rate them? And that the jury head would post the best one? Because making mods do this makes little sense...

By mods, I mean the jury or w/e. The selectors. Those that select. Judges. Even attorneys for all I care, though that might create some tension.

And the jury head would just compile all the information, his vote for each mod would have the same weight.

I see. Well, it's a good idea, since I have to add something else.

Review - Wierd Weapons Pack, made by Joe Mikkel.

Graphics :: 3.7/10
They were really bad. The scope of the sniper rifle looked more like a black stick.
Only some shading were done.

Sounds :: 7/10
They were good, but some of the sound could be replaced. One of the rifles sounded like a cannon.

Realism :: 1.5/10
Almost everyweapon could kill a guy with one shot, I used a submachine gun (I think) on a green clones head and it exploded with one shot.

Fun :: 8/10
Great weapons for deathmatches. Some of the weapons had fun sprites and easy to use for new players.

Overall :: 5.6/10
Fun for some, but if you are looking for realism go find another mod.

I edited the first post, everyone go look at it.

Ehhh... the weapons are actually modeled after their real life counterparts, based on preformance. The fact that shooting someone in the head kills them is very realistic, eh? In fact, they are more realistic than the original weapons.

but the fact that their heads EXPLODE is what i think The Punisher means with the lack of realism... but yes most weapons kill with one shot to the head

Yes, maybe in real life its fine, you cant deny physics and crap, but in the game it seems way too powerfull and unbalanced

I don't think realism should come into it seeing as the game itself features humanoid robots that can walk around and fire guns.

It's futuristic. And from what i've seen so far, the game is being made to be realistic.
Also, here is my review of the Aeon Iluminate Phase rifle.

Integration ; With the whole interesting story and stuffs, it feels like an actual plausible weapon. And it does what it's supposed to do, wothout any "side effects". 33/40

Sprite : A bit different from the game's style, and just doesn't look like a super poweful alien wepon. Kinda loke a water gun. But the quality of the sprite if good. 15/20

Originality of Idea: Never seen something like it before. 20/20

Coding Innovative...ness : Again, I don't think I've ever seen anything that does quite the same thing. It leaves (almost) no mark when going through dirt and stuff. 9/10

Balance : It's a powerful weapon, but the fire rate, reload time, and price balance it out. Mostly. 9/10

OVERALL SCORE : 86
