WOW! wow, wow, woow, wow, wow... Top members isnt better than members... okay, it is, but not much! members are like hmm, that is a good mod! And they test it, post in... oh! I got an new idea! I can make a new topic in my forum that only the top ten members can read/post ! 
Well, back to what I was saying... -post in the topic at my forum then the top members comes and like yeah! nice! cool, and that ♥♥♥♥... then add it here to the list! A brilliant idea if I would say it my self....

For this group to work we will need our own thread that the leader keeps locked, where we keep track of mods and their ratings, also, I think the leaders ought to be telling the team what we are rating, members won't rate their own stuff if you think they will just bump up their score.
