Prod, calm down. I had to learn how to play this game on my own and would have been asking the same questions too. Now stop.

It's just he seems to be giving up after not trying that hard. I eventually figured most of the stuff out, except the brain select. But fine, I'll stop.

If Villith has a standard human child's intelligence, then humanity will not last another two years, and without a host, us headcrabs will die as well!
Anyway, TRY HARDER!

dude, next time you have a question, I invite you to pm me and ask. I'll try and answer your questions to the best of my abilities, and you won't get flamed.

Everyone who is being impolitic and impolite, chill out.
New kid, consider taking your questions to PM with someone, or asking for someone to talk you through the game's operation.
This game really needs a good manual. As long as there is not an instruction booklet that goes with this game, and the controls remain--difficult--to grasp, there will always be people asking questions that you think are silly and stupid.

Yeah that last question was really stupid. All I had to do was close the game out and start it up again. Why are people being so impolite? I can't ask a few questions without being flamed? Sort of a waste of time, I'm sure they can find something better to do. Like finding a thread where people actually want their input. Anyway, I have just one more problem, I'll just PM Thanatos. Thanks for your help, everyone.

It's cool man. I'll try harder to work past any new problems. Some of these things I could have figured out on my own, I just haven't played a game quite like this one before. This game is insanely fun and addictive, the ability to add new maps, actors, and weapons insures I never get bored.

Ugh, there are so many noobs here, the only "Noobish" question that I first asked was how to add mods. And that was before they told you how in the modding help sticky.
You could have figured much of that out just by reading the readme in the Cortex Command folder.
But hey, as long as you contribute to the community, then we'll be happy to have you.
