Hit the download link in the topic they released it in, then unzip/unrar the folder to your cc folder.

Google "winrar" if you don't already have it.

and if it doesnt appear in the buy menu
put everything that is in index.ini into base.rte's index.ini

I find that anyone who does not feel the need to take 0.5 seconds to type out the entire word doesn't deserve even that much of my attention.

I understand if you're trying to cut down on the text message costs or are trying to talk fast because you're pressed for time in some way, but in a forum setting, I find it totally unnecessary and cumbersome to read. I don't mind typos very much unless there are tons of them; mistakes happen, though you should still read over your post once before submitting it.

download the mod. open it. if there is a folder with .rte at the end put it in your c:\lolgames\whatever\cortex command folder. if it doesnt show up, copy the lines with stuff like this

IncludeFile = DropTrooper.rte/Materials.ini
IncludeFile = DropTrooper.rte/DropTrooper.ini

from the mods index.ini file
to your c:\lolgames\whatever\cortex command\base.rte\index.ini file
