Post Modding CC in Windows Vista
Hi everyone,
When I change something in a .ini file, I can't save it because I get a message like ''the pad isn't right'' or something like that. Does this have something to do with windows Vista? :???: How can I change .ini files?

Did you open it in notepad, or the vista equavilant of notepad?

did you try to extract something from a .rar file with WinZip? cause i have no problems with Vista and it's NotePad

I did not extract something. Just tried to change something in a .ini file in the Cortex Command folder.

Problem solved! I can edit .ini files in Microsoft Word! :grin:
