Right now I just use an old version of Paint Shop Pro to set it up in layers, which is a bit time-consuming.

   | I my self have plenty of trouble with offsets.
 I'm slowly getting better at them, but since I'm new to this whole "modding scene" thing, it's hard for me to get my actors to work as a whole.
 
 When they DO work though, the offsets always seem to be borked, and it's hard to get them back to where they are supposed to go.

   | i hate when i make a weapon that only fires in one direction, but if fired in the other direction you explode!? ... i think im the only one with this problem.
