I'm still skeptical, but IF that's really what it's doing, you're lucky; fantasmically lucky. What it means is that your Cortex Command copy has somehow glitched in such a way that it is actually doing something it was NOT PROGRAMMED to do! I'm sure you can see why I'm not fast to believe it.

They'll walk through my base if they're put at the entrance to the left, they don't try to get on top of it and go stand over the brain.

If you make your base above ground, with direct paths to the brain, than they would seem like they are actually taking the correct path.

Yeah, I suppose I forgot to ask which map he's using... that's a dirty trick!
