What about getting credits for posting? That would solve some problems with no oz.

Well, you could get certain amounts of oz for the length of your post, and less if its just a certain word said repeatedly. Also moderators could take away oz from spammers.

we would have to do something about the offtopic section though, since theres a lot of spam there

It's really a solution in search of a problem. We have no problem with people not posting or mods not popping up (and there's no way to make the mods that pop up better than usual by using ANY method at all related to this), so why try and encourage those things by implementing a system that could easily backfire?

It would be cool and for spam not to happen someone had to review the mods first and if they were working and not done before it would be accepted and downloadable this way it would prevent spam and 5 year old kids modding i guess...

It's not really needed right now; at the moment, the mod scene and the forum in general is buzzing away; putting something like this would just turn it into an anarchic apocalyptic nightmare, full of burning wizards and bats in people's hair.

That could be good, But cause i don't make mods, i just download mods, how about then
if you download a mod, then the modder gets 2-10 oz but the downloader won't lose anything
and when you have certain amount of oz, You could have access to a new forum named, Modders discussion, only the ones with 1000+ oz,

or how about the same thing, expect RATING system, if you would download, then you would vote 1 or 2, then the modder will LOSE Oz, and if you vote 3 modder gets 1 oz, 4 = 5 oz and 5 means 10 oz, and the modders discussion is again only for those who have 1000+ oz.
