Could someone make an actor of Canti? From the anime FLCL? I was thinking he could have VERY strong armor, normal bullets and explosions couldn't hurt him, and he could be fast, but he wouldn't have a jet pack, well, he would, but it would be invisible. And there could be when he's normal, and when he's red(channeling atomsk) and he would be all around stronger then, in very aspect. Let me know if I'm asking for too much, if I am, then I shouldn't even bring up my weapon suggestion. And if its not too much, let me know if I need to clarify anything.
