Erm, yes. Make one. Just look at the tutorials. My "Need help? Come here." topic in mods has all of the links that you need. Or at least should need.

yesterday i was playing cs source and ive noticed something odd....

one of the hostages looks ALMOAST exacly like herman li from dragonforce!!!! well exept the hair...

The nose is bigger on the game ver... Let keep this on the track, Im not a CS fan but I played it and its pretty cool, would be nice to have some Couter Terrorist actors!

w00t, i just remebered i made a terrorist actor for the old build!!!! (build 8...)

its not soooooo good looking but try it (it wont work and im too lazy to make it new build friendly, punisher, would you take care of that please?)

If you want Counter-Strike, go play Counter-Strike. It seems to me that whenever someone wants to bring CS to another game, they only do it because they don't own CS, and think that the mod is going to be just as good.

Matey command had a problem and production stopped. He may continue it eventually, but for now, no.
