I right clicked it and selected "save as", and it's still a .bmp!

Not the second one I posted. In its properties, it says that it's a png.

Try it again. You must have chosen it to save as a BMP when you downloaded it.

No, i just right clicked it and selected "save as". Maybe I should just click "save", if thats an option.

Or save as, then choose PNG.
