Make the actors differ from each other using the classic weight/power - mobility/quickness system. Maybe rig something special on their jetpacks and that kind of stuff.

I love this mod, but no download, because it's just a bunch of pointless resprites (no offense, good resprites) of the same thing. And on top of that, CSS is boring, because there are 7 people who spend their life playing it, making it fun for no one else.

Updated, Beretta's sound changed, USP now has a silencer, 2 new actors, bunch new weapons. Used p3lb0x's and B&S's sprite for the Galil, thanks for that.
