I've been playing garrys mod zombie survival a hell of a lot lately and I thought that it would be super awsome if there was a zombie survival mode on CC so what i thought was if I could get a "team" togeather we could make a zombie survival game mode which you can access via CC.

Im thinking hordes of zombie clones, limited resorces and limited amount of money (maybe you could have a constant slow increase in funds) because when I play cortex command I find I can last hours without the enemy getting anywhere near the brain.

So if you have any Ideas or want to help message me.

Ok i think now is a good time to start, below is a list of things that need doing any body who wants to help can pick one of these to do and then send it to me via PM

Clones (good guys)
zombies (bad guys)
Dropships/Rockets (for clones and zombies)
Guns (pistols,automatics,shotguns,snipers,melee)
bombs (trip mines, frag grenades ect)
scenes (huge maps)
backdrops (for huge map)
Music (heavy metal or scary)
fonts (for HUD)
title page
sounds (zombie moans)
GUI (icons)
effects
A hell of a lot of scripting.

and any other stuff you think might be needed so take your pick. If you cant be arsed making new actors, devices, scenes find some good ones off the fourm and PM them to me with the name of the creator.

Everything you want seems do-able, except for the changing your base part. You would need a working truce button for that, and the button is currently grayed out in this build. (During a truce the game pauses and allows you to build.)

Could we put the base upgrade on the in game buy menu.

Not exactly, striker, there is a way to make the zombies spawn from undergrond: Make a ship that spawn and decents fast enough after appearing and gibs into zombies or make the open sequence a hole open in the floor and then the zombie is poped out...

Is it just possible to make a drop pod, made out of a single or a few pixels? then opens and pops away the zeds.

That is a good idea for multiplayer mod... Each player get a clone, a wep and a bunker (the bunker is for all the players) and some money and digger. They all use the same money, so everyone need to work like a team. Only the sarg of the team, a ramdom one, can order things=D

kind of but we could try and make it so that it is selectable from the main menu.

we could try and hack it so that even when you have started the game you can still bring up the buy menu.

Wraith ill join ur team just PM sometime and tell me what to do.
This reminds me of when me and the peeps modded halo2 and made a zombie mod. (funner than the gay variant)
lol we spawned flood on one side of containment and defended the otherbase.
Game lagged like ♥♥♥♥ at first But it wus fun as hell.

But i was thinking to drop zombies off without filling the whole map with destroyed dropships we could have them fall from the sky in somekind of goo? :???:
