DBZ mod?
anybody up for it? i could sprite DBZ actors if somebody can do coding?

Interesting, however weapons would not be all that fun to sprire, nor would the beams look super cool. Also; DBZ = fail, thus any DZB mod = fail...but that's just my opinion.

Sure they would, the wepons the guys actully held would have to be a glow representing each technique. And having them fire could cause you to lose X amount of HP representing energy loss. IE. Spirt bomb- Actor Starts glowing and then Releases energy causing huge damage to himself and his surroundings. Special beam cannon- Actor Has energy concentratin in his hand then when fired shoots a beam towars enemys.(in photoshop i could do this Really good)

Possible...however asking for help on a mod pack rarely succedes, with a few exceptions.

What about all the arms it needs to move and animate?
What about the legs?
Use the green clone as a template, don't just photoshop in images.
Is it even in the CC pallette?

yeah i know so far the left and right arm are seprate peices (this is just an overall image of what it will look like when its done)

I dont want to be offensive, but it looks like you just took it from the internet and surrounded it with pink. You need to create separate sprites for each body part. If you like DBZ, then its fine, try it.

This is a fail, has AlphaCommando said, how about does weapons? what are the names of the powers they use? You even spelled Vegeta wrong.

You even spelled Vegeta wrong. well that preety much depends on wich country he lives, by example in Portugal(where I am) that's how you spell it, Goku is Songoku, Gohan is Songohan... the powers are easy to find, just search a little...
