whenever i try and shade a gun all nice when i go ingame and play its all screwed up and has funky colors, someone told me to copy my pic, paste it over pallete, shade and save gun, but it wont work, could someone tell me excactly what do to in detail to get it to work?

I think you just screwed up there a little. You first have to shade your gun and do every change it needs and only THEN you paste it over a CC palleted sprite.

After you change stuff, the sprite will lose the palette.
