Hmm. Alright. It says it can't match property at line 1. What in Earth's name is wrong at line one?
I tried commenting a few lines to see if it was just bugged, but then it just switched to, say, line 4.
I have no idea what's wrong with this. It just suddenly says there's something wrong with line 1.

I have the exact same problem, with an additional twist: a mod has been working fine and suddenly started crashing CC with that exact error without me changing anything.

Make sure you have an Index.ini with "DataModule" at the very begining.

I think your Preset Name is ♥♥♥♥. There is a limit I believe.
Change it to "GPenHit", and change the lines that call for "Guardian Penetration Hit" to "GPenHit" as well.
Easy way (in Notepad) is Ctrl+H.

See if that works.

Add this to the ini, at the very start:

AddAmmo = TDExplosive
CopyOf = Frag Grenade

with one tab in front of frag grenade

if it then crashes on line 3/4/whatever then it's the sound code. If it still crashes on line 1, your .ini is ♥♥♥♥. Happens occasionally.
