Post Actor Modding?
Is there a simple way of modding the way actors look? Can I duplicate a light codilation, change the way it looks and give it a new name?

Hey buddy there's a new thing out there called spriting It's when you place pixels painstakingly hand by hand to make a picture what I believe you want to do is re-sprite (change the way it looks) your so called "codilation" troop. Well I suggest open the sprite in MS paint and go to view_then zoom_then custom_ then 800_ the change all the different shades of green on the "COALITION(check spelling for this latter)" soldiers body parts.
Something tells me ur new around here it would be a good idea to look around some thread first just to get the main jizz of it
Well good luck
EDIT
Damn beat me to it I wanted to mess with the new guy first

You mean how to open the .rar file?

Well, you'll need an archiving program that supports the .rar filetype, and use it to extract the .rar.
WinRAR is simple, easy, and shareware, so I recommend it.

This is a really old video, but its information is still valid.

...what, like by firing spelling and grammar mistakes at him from the 'Tard Cannon until he yields?

I don't know, I just get a general "my spelling is better than your spelling" vibe from that post. The clever and fully intentional use of the word "jizz" instead of "jist" is *sure* to "mess with the new guy", aye

Even though I know that was intentional, but a lot of factors are increasing my rage bar, which will cause me to (accelerate the creation of) make another super weapon.

On the other note:

For all new modders, they must realize every mod is basically is a resprite. The effects, coding creativity, looks, sound, make the reprited stuff feel completely unique.

A dream weapon, hand held tank cannon. Because I want to make it. Basically it shoots a shell that kills by mass, it does not explode, but its weak enough to break when it hits the ground.
