Deadly Cortex Command is back in production!
I'll keep this short, but I am developing Deadly Cortex Command 2.0. For those who don't know, DCC 1.0 was a mod I made back around... build 17 or so. It took the normal enemies and transformed them into something much more difficult. I mean really, when was the last time you actually found Cortex Command Challenging? In this release, I thought it would be awesome to use some existing actors and weapons from other mods and combine them into a force that attacks you. So instead of fighting robots clones and dummies, you will be fighting Darklones and Crobos. It makes the game much more challenging and forces you to adapt and use sneaky tactics to kill the enemy. Of course, to use other modders content I must get their permission to release it publicly. When the mod is finished, I will ask the original makers of the Crobos and whatnot to see if they are okay with me releasing it. Stay tuned for updates, expect a release early this week.
List of the stuff in the 2.0 release:
-Enemy Darklones -Enemy Crobos -Some of my own modifications to the enemy actors, dorpships, and weapons. -The enemies have a variety of deadly weapons at their disposal -1-3 new maps made for DCC 2.0 -Effectively better AI (giving the actors the tools they need to improve the AI they have) -New Darklone and Crobo delivery system (not just dropships) -More stuff

And add in AAL, Kloveska, and [ Insert Name ], don't forget MrEvilPonies' Zombie Assault!
DCC 2 Will will succeed its predecessor! And make the game harder.

DCC 2 Will will succeed its predecessor! And make the game harder. Fixed. AAL by themselves is overkill already. AAL with others, you almost have no true chance at surviving.

My brother goes against Marines and MPAM. Though sometimes raped by variable speed explosives, ragnov beams, and Swords, he still nukes them back, as a Darklone, with Darklone explosives, not grenades!

Man, something like that would be great for people like me who fail at anything involving code. Like I tried to change around the enemies this morning and just ended up *fruiting* everything up

Four words to make this so demonically hard you will burst into tears. Dropships with eight doors. '♥♥♥♥, more of 'em? Too bad, HAND GRENADE ♥♥♥♥! Yes, almost a thousand ki-' then splat! Splat again! All of the defenses are wiped out by those orange curves of metal, and when you try to order more, kaboom! More of the boomerangesque bits of bedlam.

I recommend Setting up an array of Pulse Lasers, and Mass Lasers, and Well-Gaurded Charge Ups, use Arwing N4 with C-Bombs, and S-Bombs, Marine Slgs/Cnrs w/ a Cannon/Slug Rifle, GA-MG, Avenger, VPC-H, Exor2, for survival!
