the way i learned to make guns was messing around witht he templates lord tim made.(theyre stickied up at the top of the forum) its a good way to learn and figure out what everything does.

I just learned by messing with variables until i made something tangible.

I can't really learn until I can figure out how to get my code to work.

Um......it works.......but it needs a LOT of work.....and if ur using photoshop, make sure you transfer the colors into CC pallete because urs wasnt. And theres a topic for that here in mod making.

Needs offsets, sounds, and more.

The tabbing was wierd......i dont know why

You have to make sure you use tabs when doing a sub-category i guess, not just random lined up spacing.....
I had to transfer it into CC template, switch the sprite direction (wouldve been backwards), and do the tabbing

Just make sure you download azukkis templates, theyre awesome
