Ok. I downloaded the new build of CC and... It didnt work. I think it may be because the old CC build 13 folder was there. I cant delete it though. The Base.rte is refusing to be deleted. Anyone know how to delete it? It says :

Cannot delete Base.rte: Access is denied.
Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and make sure the file is not already in use.


It makes no sense because I am only logged on to my Windows account and
it cant be in use cause CC isnt running. I checked the Proccesses tab in the Task Manager and i couldnt find anything that resembled CC. There was a few. Tell me if these could be it?

CCAPP.EXE (I think thats my anti-virus. XD Dont wanna close that...)

If CC is running you will have CortexCommand.exe in process list
Download Unlocker, great little program that allows you to delete undeletable stuff by removing/unlocking the processes that use it (The invisible ones)

Ok. Ill try restarting my pc. That will make sure all programs are closed. Ill download it if its still screwed up.
