Ya you replace the brain sprite with a people sprite and then play with the offsets.

story i wrote for polo today at school...
It all started when the government tried to create a universal cure-all using a strain of genetically engineered stem cells. the test had unpredictable results. when applied to dead bodies, the brain cells rapidly regenerated and created a semi-balence of life. the "reanimated" were psychotic, attack and consuming all living things. somehow the virus became infective, and quickly spread outside the research facility, and spread to a nearby city. it was not too long until all continents had reports of infection of some kind. the UN responded with a massive evacuation to orbital stations, but that was all over when a group of zombies somehow 'evolved' and were able to use the automated shuttle craft. now the zombies have spread all over the world and only a few pockets of humanity remain, every day is a fight for survival but the question remains... will you survive?
the hardest part was explaining why zombies come in SPACE SHIPS

i like the load screen but not the actual word 'loading' the font seems... cheap and out of place, perhaps give it a stenciled look?
