EVENTS:


Eigla and Rosa head to the garden, to deliver the remnants of their bloody harvest. The tree regards them thoughtfully.

Garden: "Seedling. And, your friend.

She has grown. Has it been long? For us, the seasons go by like minutes, but it does not feel like that happened.

Our scouts have not returned. We worry."



Meanwhile, Emilia unzips her shirt to show off her TONED ABS and POWERFUL PECS. And, the scars from inserting all that muscle in them.

Emilia: "Emilia is strong now! Very buff! And tuff! And stuff!"

She looks inordinately pleased with her rhyming. Peggy, meanwhile, only frowns.

Peggy: "Well at least TELL us when you're off to hunt! We, we coulda helped! And, for the garden? The overgrown houseplant monster?

You should be thinking of your OWN wellbeing, Klimt!"

Eigla: "It really was a moment. There were like two giant crabs and swarms of smaller ones. They were able to break through my defenses repeatedly, it took no time at all for them to eviscerate Klimt.

I... I don't like failing as a shield. We made a tactical blunder, ended up getting separated, and he paid the price."

EVENTS:

Peggy frowns.

Peggy: "You better, idiot. C'mon, let's get you inside and cleaned up. You look like mincemeat."



Meanwhile, the garden seems to bow as Rosa and Eigla leave.

Garden: "Food, for us? Not needed, from you. But we are grateful, Seedling."

Rosa noms a fistful of snow, which quickly turns into several fistfuls of snow. She feels absolutely parched, for some reason. She then lifts Eigla off the ground and hugs her.

Huh. Strange. Eigla feels... Squishier, than before. She's not heavier, just softer - almost as if some of her boddy were made of jello. Usually she felt rather human-like when not in her goo form. They talk for a few moments, cuddling as Rosa carries her Shield back to the mansion. The human contact makes both of them feel a bit better.

...Rosa's body is now too wide go go through the manor's door. This, could be problematic.
